Disulphide M0S2, a charcoal gray mineral, is a result of a stratified combination of one M0S2 atom and two sulfur atoms from underground.
The size of a molecule of M0S2 is 6.26A, with a multiple layer (600~700 molecule layer) for each particle(0.4§). The strong and sturdy bond of each layer makes it an ideal lubricant.
1. M0S2 is a mineral as flexible as WAX. (Firmness Mosh¡¯s Scale 1)
2. Excellent heat resistance (-180~450¡É, inert gas +1,100¡É)
3. Excellent pressure resistance (29,00kg/§¨)
4. Excellent abrasion resistance with low coefficient of friction of 0.03¥ì.
5. Excellent adhesion to a slide-way
6. Chemically reliable molecular structure has little effect on combined materials such as grease, resin, rubber, and sintered metal
